Mary H. Elisio (nee Nahill), 83, of Philadelphia passed away on January 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband and childhood sweetheart Edward Elisio. Mary is survived by her children Edward Elisio Jr. (Tricia Manning) and Gina Kutchner (Tom), as well as her grandchildren Denise Elisio, Michael Elisio, Danna Kutchner, and Timothy Kutchner, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was devoted to family for her entire life, tirelessly caring for her mother and husband, and she instilled that sense of duty in her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren, the joy of her life. An accomplished cook, Mary was well known for her meatballs and gravy, a recipe she inherited from her mother-in-law and passed down to her granddaughters. She was an avid reader and Philadelphia sports fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to share in Mary's Life Celebration on Monday, January 11, at 10 AM until her Funeral Mass at 11 AM at St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19154. There will be a Livestream offered on Decker - Givnish Life Celebration Home Facebook Page.
Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory to Angels of Christmas at would be appreciated.
