Obituary for Bernardine (nee Tichy) Goshow

Bernardine "Bernie" Goshow (nee Tichy), 85, peacefully passed on June 13, 2022 with family by her side. Devoted wife to the late Jack Goshow and loving mother of Jack (Rozana), Mark (Michelle), Timmy (Allison), Kim, Jen Bell, and Laura O'Toole (Mike Taffe). Cherished "MomMom" of Tara (Sean), Amber, Matt (Kristin), Tori (Doug), Meghan (Thomas), Pat, Drew, Marikate, Harrison, Zoe, Aidan and Maeve. Nurturing great-grandmother to Ailin, Evie, Quinn, and Macie. Preceded in death by her siblings Florence, Joseph, and Theresa. Thoughtful MM to Dominic, GeneMike, and Vincent (Virginia).

Bernie was a caring and dedicated nurse at Holy Redeemer Hospital for 48 years. Her legacy as a selfless, loving woman with a sense of humor and wit as sharp as a tack, will live on.

Relatives and friends are invited to Bernie's Life Celebration on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 9:00-10:00am at John F. Givnish Funeral Home, 10975 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M at St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.

Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
