He'll always be my little brother Billy, who I got to boss around. It didn't take him long to rebel, though. He was always cheerful, loved to laugh, especially when he would run away and leave me to do his chores. It was hard to stay mad at him, when he would bring me back a Pepsi.

He was a good man and will be loved and missed by so many.

As they said in the neighborhood, "Everybody loves Wilby."
